Hi, all! I used to be Sasafrass452, but decided to make a change 😄 The new starter nest is exciting, I hope mom & dm2 accept it, or come back to n2b! Fingers crossed for another great season!

CQ - Welcome back! But you're gonna have to explain how you went from sassafras to cheese! LOL! ;D

Also, thanks for the RRP post on our two travelers!  Hope we get a glimpse one day of D27 on cam!

T40, thanks for the update on D27 & D36!  D27 was a 'Momma's girl' so it wouldn't surprise me if she did try to eventually settle in or around Decorah.  She had a great role model in Mom, and is quite intelligent herself.  Wouldn't it be great if you DID spot D36 this year?  That would be awesome!

Am I missing something??

Looks like 27 was in nest area but traveling north on 9/12

And 36 up north and headed south on 9/14

But comparing the patterns over the years, they are shooting almost straight as an arrow on the same general flight pattern tween Iowa and Canada.  Innate instinct?
