HISTORY
I am adding this note January 2022
I am hoping for eggs in 2022
There were no eggs in season 2019, 2020 or 2021
There has been several females fighting for this nest.

A new, young female bald eagle arrived in spring 2021 and replaced the previous female bird named the First Lady.

Yesterday Mr. President flew in with a large long stick & he went overboard with the stick when trying to land on the nest.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHzHFcNUSsM&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR0OIofYF0vHgfsPA7OjpwT0dyEDwe5hiNCEc4bQIjb5c6MeGHNhNf4XfBM

I have to give it to Mr. President, he is the Pole Vaulting Champion!  I am amazed he stayed on the side of the nest for a bit and didn't fall.

Both busy building nest, preparing for eggs
There appears to be an intruder annoying them

NEW FEMALE - YOUNG
November 25, 2020
It seems the new female is young, possibly age 4
Thats is breeding age, not a juvie or a sub.
She is a beauty - is she one of the juvies who have visited in the past, or even an offspring?

I didnt pay attention til this morniing

Dot
December 3, 2020
5 am  he is sleeping at the nest site!   :)
I've seen him off n on

8 am A young lady arrived. I'd say she's a 4 year old.
Black spot on her head and several in her tail. Mebbe I'll call her Dot.  *snicker*
At first he didnt seem interested.  She kept coaxing him and they mated in the nest.
She may never have mated before, she didnt appear that receptive.

After dark
They have both been around all day today - not cozy tho
She wants the nest but she doesnt appear to like mating

I love this cam
