5:52 Not too bad.  Sure miss JP this morning.  Don't know why especially today.  I think it is because your chat made me so very sad for you Cal.  It is the passing of time at work, and normal I guess that things change.  The season seems to bring these changes on us.  Like it or not.
God bless you and Jim and all your babies this season.  If I lived closer I would bring you some Figgie Pudding or something to let you know you are appreciated no matter what you gift to others.
My coffee is getting cold so I must leave you for now.  Be well and warm.

6:22  No comment. LOL
Very warm here, and clear. 54 degrees already. Definitely not our normal white Christmas. The car washes are doing well.
Had lots of leftovers yesterday again.  I think today, and tomorrow, and etc. too. LOL
It's OK because I love leftovers.  They are free after all. I really love free, and no cooking or dish washing. Just a paper plate in the microwave.
Went to see my cousin Carol.  I took Aunt Zenia's album.  It has pictures of me and all my cousins including Carol as children.  It starts with pictures of her friends and neighbors in 1929 and covers mostly family gatherings up to about 1959.  It was wonderful to see how beautiful my mother and her sisters were as young women.  I can even recall some of the scenes where we were on the beach at Huntington Beach memorial Day reunions which we had every year.  The lake was so cold, but the sun and sand were warm enough to enjoy. Good memories.
I did share these with Debbie, but she could not relate as well as Carol.  Debbie knew a lot of the people in the photos, but only as adults later in life.  Carol was there on the beach with us sometimes.
Not much planned for today yet.  I will do a little with John's Cadillac that is my driveway for sale.  The muffler fell off and ground along the road while Brian was bringing it over.  He tucked it back up in the frame, but it is dangling dangerously low again.  It is a beautiful well appointed four door sedan, but does not have much value due to the age and hi miles.  It is a 2006 Luxury DTS with 125000 miles.
Debbie will advertise it soon with my phone as contact.  We have not agreed on an asking price yet.  I am not good at that.  I thought $2300 to start, but Kelly and Carmax say closer to $500.  I think Debbie wants to start at $1200.  Will call her later and agree on something.
I will sign off for now.  HAGD GBU EV1

4:59 Yes Jimmie Carter was a great man, and should have been President longer.
I remember when Rosalind came to Elyria to campaign for Jimmy.  I got to meet her briefly.  I liked her a lot.  She was so tiny and delicate at first glance.  However, after talking to her for a few minutes it became clear she was a strong and dedicated woman.
Today I will take Nick to his wrestling.  Then I will take Dempsey for the day.  Not sure what we will do yet because of the nasty weather.  Will have to get back to you later on this.
Sounds like Cali will heal.  If anyone can help it heal it's you Cal.  This may be a common occurrence some place, but I never heard of it.  Walking on it seems to show it is not too painful for her. I hope.  You never know with dogs.  They are so stoic.
Need to get ready for the day away.  So I will CUL EV1 GBU.

4:15  I think a new record for me. Thanks Cal.  I miss the bears and Eagles. FYI
Debbie really laughed at this dog shame.  Me too.  I will share it with some others on my contact list.
Had a good day yesterday. I took Duffey home with me for the day.  I enjoyed it, but she did not.  She just pined away all day, because her beloved Brian was not there. You should have seen her light up when Brian came home to see her.  It was really remarkable.
I bought six boxes of good candy on sale at drugmart, and took them to some ex-girlfriends. like I did last year.  I heard from two of them.  They were pleased to be thought of near new years.  It was nice to see them smile for a moment.  Both were saddened by recent family deaths.
As are Debbie and I. Debbie has started selling things from John's house. She already sold his Cadillac in just a few minutes on line. I wish she would just sell the house with everything in it as is.  Or hire a staging outfit to clean out and clean up the house.  I think there must be someone who does this kind of thing.  It was this act of staging my house on Drury Way that I ruptured my spinal discs in three places, and had to have surgery to correct it.  I hope it does not happen to Debbie.
Well second coffee is already cold, because I forgot I put the water in before coming on here.  So I will say CUL EV1 GBU.
