I took the boys for a ride and they said wantaburger..i went to order at that window and sure enough they were trying to serve people who came after us too. i let all the boys out and they set things right..they had their burgers and them peoples burgers in 7:17!

Hi Nora! Looks bad for you guys on wed. freezing rain. Hope you don't have to get out! i do not think i could live in a tiny house at all. hate the bathrooms and the toilets. no no just too tiny for me. and all the dogs oh boy that would be fun. boys be like hey mom what happened to our space? i hate people gripping about how small when they wanted to see a tiny house..tiny small..i mowed the dogs yard today. it is 72 right now windy but nice. dogs yard looks great and so much easier to pick up poop. i was picking up da poop and a couple of piles. i swear looks like the horses somehow open the dogs gate came in and pooped and then went back out..i told my little apple sauce this may be a two bag day!!

Hi Ra! Jim is down the driveway putting in an electric gate! i saw the brat catching one of her 12 horses and thought oh i hope you ride by jim and get on our land! he said she did not come by so guess she spotted him and went down another road. when jim used the backhoe to put in that new post to hang the new gate on he dug up this huge long rock. huge. he is going to set over there when she rides on our land. i told him lay it longways sideways the horse will just step over it. probably should just set t post. stupid we have to spend the money and time to do that. i did not watch much tv today fixer upper was on but i put it on cnn watching that pos isis bombing on belgium.

Hi JP! Good pic of Jewel!! I hope you had a good night..i had boo boo last night. i put odie my cat up and let him and he did not look for him. just knew the cat was not in there. he tried to drag out my shoes from under that heavy ottoman i got on him. he got on babes bed on the floor yay but later he got on my bed and laid longways i went to sleep on that ottoman scootie got on babes bed calihoula wanted out i let her she ran and got into that huge new big horse bed i bought it is in the kitchen behind the table. all dogs want that bed during the day. so in the end it was drama and my little pulled pork in da bed!

Good Morning Jewelies!

Hope this finds everyone enjoying the "hump day" as JP likes to call it.   

I had some family visiting for the last two weekends and I am taking care of my folks Cocker Spaniel, so I have been busy but not too busy to read about your adventures.  Looks like wacky weather is nationwide.  We too have had some wacky weather.  It's hot then it's cool, it's wet then it's dry, it's still then it's windy.  I don't know whether to get out my summer clothes or live in my winter clothes.  My folks poor Cocker gets out each morning and looks at me like, are you kidding me???  I bet she thinks I got a time machine tucked under my mattress and am just messin' with her each day.  If the weather keeps traveling to the east, be prepared for more of the same craziness coming your way.

JP, I was thinking about your transportation issues.  Does Florida have an ADA transportation system for you to use?  It is a Federal law.  Maybe you can see if there is a paratransit service available to you from the nearest county public transportation system.  They come to your door and pick you up and take you to where you need to go and then bring you back home.  It is good for not only medical appointments, but if you wanted to go grocery shopping, the movies, etc.  In my county it is called ACCESS.  It costs $3.60 each way and is funded by the Federal government.  Maybe start with these folks:  http://www.monroecounty-fl.gov/index.aspx?nid=316 

Cal, I watched your video of your kids.  That is big poop you have to scoop.  I bet at times it does look like the horse wandered onto the dog grass.     I think you need to make sure all your house kids have no hooves.  lol  It is fun to hear your voice on the video.  Your voice sounds nothing like it does in my head when I read what you have to chat about.     I was listening to you and kept thinking, that's not MY Cal speaking there.   LOL

Hi Eaglette! well first of all don't you hate reading and have picture of what that person looks like and then they don't..now i have not really done that with the voice but i guess same thing. so tell me someone i would know movie star tv that you think i should sound like and i will work on it!! very nice of you to help jp with transportation to his eyeball shot doctor. i hope it will help him. me and sister went to orschelins to get cat litter and i was looking at another huge dog bed. boys and calihoula play musical bed with the other one in the kitchen. it had some little tears in it got 5 % off on it. well today senior day so 5% off and if you are 55 older you are a senior i am a senior. this other bed i went to get i knew it had serious tears. big ones all over huge one by the side zipper hauled that thing up the register and she saw all the damage called the manager he did not come up said 5% i said forget it. next time they have them on sale with 25% i will go on wed senior day and get one with no tears in it at all! calihoula not feeling very good today. i am keeping my eye on her. what is your folks cocker name? yes the puzzle is blue my friend teri went to hawaii last month for 2 weeks and she is out there in the ocean paddle boarding and the ocean is blue!!

It's 33 and has been raining, when Joe came out of rehab a half hour ago it was raining with sleet mixed in.  The stuff is letting up now, but supposed to come back after while.  It will be interesting to see how much we get.  This is supposed to be for our county (which borders on the MN border to the  north)  The county with our eagle nests is to the east of here, depending we could have another time where mom is snuggled down totally under snow and we just see a lump.    Predictions aren't always right though.

Wow, I was looking at that transportation stuff under that link.  "No pets are allowed to be transported. Guide dogs or service animals may be carried if they have been pre-registered. Please remind the reservationist that you have a guide dog or service animal each time you make a reservation."  In other words don't have a lab, shepherd, etc.    It's really cheap transportation, but wonder if it can go to Miami, it mentioned within the Keyes.  I know the one here can take people to Rochester or LaCrosse.  Good start!  I'll do some more looking too!  We'll find you a way JP!

Hi Jewelies! The last 2 days have been great...70, sunny and warm! The wind is the only problem though. Definitely kite flying weather. 

Cal, Crow mowed our yard yesterday. Poor old guy, he had to stop and rest 3 times before he finished the front and side yards. I was at Robin's so I was surprised to see our yard mowed when I got home. He said the grass was thick and full of mole trails. We quit mowing in Oct and the grass kept growing with the above normal temps in Nov and Dec. He says he can remember maybe one time before mowing in March but it was a loooong time ago!  Don't you love getting senior discounts? Foodland gives senior discounts of 5% every Tuesday. I heard that McDonalds has some discounts, too, but we rarely go there anymore.  Hope Houla is feeling better. Another one of those blah days!  Terrible, terrible what happened in Belguim. Why can't everyone just get along? Yay, Jim is working on your gate. We hired a guy to do our fence. Had to give him a down payment so he could buy fencing stuff. We signed a contract so I hope it all goes well. I think he is going to start the first of April. Says he can do it all in one day. I've got my fingers crossed.  I know about those 2 bag poop bags! Lol!
