Congrats, Cal! Like Ra, I watched some of the game

! When I went to bed it was tied at the bottom of the 9th! You bet, Crow watched all the ballgame! He loves the World Series. He woke me up to tell me that YOUR team won!! Cool that so many are getting the day off tomorrow to celebrate! Lots and lots of googles in that pic!

. Now it's back to football! Ugh! Sydney is really tiny! I used to know what that thing she is doing is called! What ever it's called she does it very well! She is so cute! Hope you and Babe have a good night.
Jp, now you can get back to a regular sleep pattern!

Ra, I don't know how they keep those pumpkins on the roof! I wouldn't want to be the one putting them up there that's for sure! I wonder what they do with all those pumpkins after they are done with them! Maybe give them to pig farm! Robin got the face stickers at The Halloween Store. Do you have one of those stores? That place will be getting ready to close after they sell all the leftover stuff! It opens usually in August. Congrats to the cheer squad and winning a trophy! They deserve something for traveling that far! Did the boyfriends go? It's so nice that you and the grand's spend time together. The rain is supposed to stay to our south and our temps will be in the 70's all week! Nice! Hope you don't get too much rain!
Dlong, thanks so much for all your pics! You know I love the pandas and now I'm loving the baby possums! They are so cute! Will you be going to the parade tomorrow? Do you stay away from the hood like Cal does? I'm not for sure what the hood is! Thanks, too, for the info on the refuge near the area my 2nd great aunt lived. We never knew anything about her side of the family until we got into Ancestry. All we knew was that grandpa's mom died when he was only a year old. His dad remarried a year later and grandpa was raised by his step mom. This 2nd great aunt, Laura Grove Thomas, was grandpa's aunt, his mom's older sister. No one in our family ever mentioned the Grove family, that we can remember, only that it was grandpa's mom's maiden name. Apparently they had no contact with grandpa even though they lived in the same county. Can't seem to find why she and her husband moved to Kansas. Probably was for a job. Usually you can find the occupation on the census but so far no luck there! Thanks for the pics of those cool sculptures. I like the one of the tree, too! Looks like it's stainless steel! I had a long post the other day and I lost it somehow on this iPad. Look everywhere for it and it was gone! That really made me mad!
Nora, hope Joe is feeling better.
Deb, hoping all goes well for your Tommy.
Hi Obsver, Blshue, Eaglette, Jo, Neva, Pat, Willi, Chippy! I hope I didn't forget anyone!
