5:28 on another of God's wonderful creations.  So grand as compared to , say, a male cardinal for example.  Or to a hen pheasant.  I am always amazed at the extreme variety in His wildlife.  Especially in His birds, fishes, and insects.
I am well.  No recent test, and I do want one before Sat.  The last one was thankfully negative, but I know of some relatively close to me who have covid now.  So I think I need to test again.  The test results are only good until the next exposure.  I still wear a mask everywhere, and will for the foreseeable future.
Nice overcast day here 28 degrees at 11 am.  So need a coat, but dry.  I will bundle up with heavier jacket when I go walking.  Which I can do now without much pain.  Rode bike a little yesterday.  Was still a little hard to bring right leg up and over the top of peddle stroke.  Getting better, but not there yet.  I will keep trying as long as roads are dry.
Family is planning to get together on Sunday for dinner.  I hope all are well.  I will do all I can to be safe.  Even wear a mask to show them how important I think it is now that there is this terrible variant spreading like wildfire.  Got up late today again, but it is OK.  I don't have much to do any way.
Really like having this board to get up to.  Also the various cams that I watch everyday.  Time passes for me, and I am often surprised to see it is almost noon.  LOL
I will say saty safe and CUL EV1.  GBU

Lorikeet ...  19:15                      70°  (at 1:53 pm)   It is somewhat overcast, but I do love overcast days.  We get so many sunny days here, especially hot summer ones that overcast is nice.

Cal … I think if the 'Ark' thing ever comes up again, you will be the next Noah.  You love all animals and they find their way to you. When I was raising my kids, I wanted them to love animals, and we took in and either kept, or found homes for everything that showed up at our place.  One day we opened the front door to  find a nearly grown Great Dane puppy …  We looked for her owner.  She was skinny, so we kept her for a couple of months and got a bit of weight on her, and found her a good family for a forever home.  I always told people that if for any reason, they changed their minds, to please bring the animal back to us.  We joked about St. Francis sending them our way.  We have a couple several rescues with us now -- even Zoe is a rescue.

Joho …  It is great to hear that you are feeling so much better, and I hope that all works out with your family get together.

6:35 Santa joke a little gross Cal.  Funny but yuuck!

Got good news at Medcare today.  NEGATIVE!!!!!
Had scare anyway.  Not related to Covid.  Went to Sam's for gas after Medcare.  Lots of confusion and delay at Medcare.
When I finally got up to the pump at Sam's, I could not find my wallet.  Oh No!  Back I went to try to find my wallet.  Barged to the front of the line and asked for help.  They went into search mode right away.  They had security footage of my visits to the window where my wallet could have been left.  It was not seen on film.  A lady said come on with me. We will look in your and near your car.  I was trying to cancel my credit cards while she looked.  Suddenly she comes to me and she has it in her hand.  THANK YOU GOD.  She was my hero.
I went straight to Drugmart to get some Krispy Kreme donuts for them.  Don't you know they do not sell them anymore. Grabbed the manager and told him why I needed them.  He said sorry, but how about some Entamens.  So I bought three boxes of donut like pastries, and took them back to treat those workers at Medcare.  They were very surprised and happy.
Then home for a good lunch, and now off again to the post office with late cards. Bye for now GB
