Hi jewelies... Well, I might get to watch my game.  Tornado warning and just weather report on instead of the game.  If you don't hear from me, I've either been blown away, a tree has fallen on my house, or my cable is out.  Fingers are crossed that I at least get to watch the game!!  lol

hi jewelies it is 59 here 66 in the barn 2 raccoonies griz is barking and barking jim be yelling from his room any minute now  when i am in my room and go to use my bathroom he starts barking and barking and the girls join in not calihoula penny and brownie cant even use the bathroom. poor old dog.

hi ra! oh so happy you are okay! of course i fell asleep watching the game i did not see that tornado warning last i saw tigers ahead 14-0 i am sure they won what was the final score? tigers sure look good my wildcats hanged on to win too it was a nail biter at the very end. i sure do wish they would go out and rack up the points like clemson does guess that is why clemson is number one oh griz  now chiefs go rack up the points today! rafa rack up the points today!

hi joho when do you get your motorbike back? how are you going to get it someone taking you how did you get home when it quit. pretty soon be too cold to ride it yay then we wont have to worry about you on it! when is the knee going to get fixed?

Good morning everyone- haven't been out yet. My 2 outside guys have been sleeping in now that it stays dark late.

ra- Izzy is fine though she did have a set back after we came back. I made arrangements for her to get her pill but  her nose got a bit snotty a couple days after we got back. So i got antibiotics from the vet. Yesterday she threw up right after i gave her her meds. Unusual for her. She did sleep most of the day yesterday but seems fine this morning.  I really wish we could have taken her with us- just too hectic a trip.

Hubby has been working on the jimmy- needs to get the engine out. Worked til 9 PM last night. I think he really wants to get it on the road. 

Looking forward to tennis at 8 AM and then the Steelers play at noon- on cbs here i hope. According to my schedule Chiefs are on at the same time.

Hi Jewelies!  It was supposed to storm again today, but the sun is out!  We got a lot of rain last night though.

cal... final score was 42-17.  Miami was supposed to be one of our toughest opponents, but we didn't seem to have a problem with them.

lupine... Hope Izzy does well on the antibiotics.

Hi Jewelies! We got some sprinkles overnight. Radar indicates we might get some rain this afternoon. It's gloomy outside. Had some excitement in the neighborhood Thursday. Cops were all over the place. Seems someone broke into the garage of the new house that is being built 2 doors down from me and stole thousands of dollars worth of tools! We have a ring doorbell out front but nothing showed up on it. A neighbor found an empty tool bag thrown under a bush behind my garage. Cops didn't come ask us if we had seen or heard anything.

Cal, thanks for telling me Rafa won! I don't even know who that is! Lol! I don't know what game Crow is watching right now but he is cussing up a storm! I went downstairs to check on the laundry and he started telling me about some coach. I ask him if this upsets you so much, why do you watch it?! Geez. We took Winnie back to the Humane Society yesterday afternoon for her booster shot. Her litter mates were still in the big cage in the lobby. There was also a bunch more kittens up for adoption. It's so sad. I wish I could take them all home.

Ra, I'm so glad you are ok! Hope this is the last storm to come your way! Can't imagine living along the Gulf Coast and going through this so many times in one season.

Lupe, hope Izzy is doing well. Like your outside cats, I am sleeping later since it stays dark so long.  I don't like all this darkness! I think it is amazing that your hubby can take out a motor, fix the problem and put it back. Crow knows how to change the oil. But he doesn't do that anymore. He takes it back to the dealership.

Jo, glad your carpets finally dried! Sounds like they over soaked them.

hi rues! well rafa is my favorite tennis player he is fav of many and too beat novak was so good! wow big excitement in your hood! ca had a ring doorbell thing last christmas he was going to sell it but leslie she lives in the townhouses too said she sees all kinds of stuff. down in the city da hood to me. jim said neighbor across from him a smartbutt had huge piles of trees sat for a year his folks come back here for winter in their rv bull dozed some i hated that they built a huge long building for their rv with water and elec i think they are staying till ykw is gone set it on fire im sure wildlife had moved in there jim said huge fire took a pic  windy now jim can see it from his shop people have no common sense no nothing and we live by three of them. sad about those kittens esp one getting a good home hope they all do. i have no desire to live by water. doubt i can even swim anymore. i like land as my view if crow doesnt watch football he cant cuss about it nobody wants that!

rues... I'm like you... I'd take home every cat in the shelter, if I went there!  I've never been in the back of our shelter where the animals are.  I know better not to tempt myself!  I hope all those kittens at your shelter get adopted.  I spoke too soon this morning about the sun being out... now it's raining again.  I blew off the driveway yesterday, but you'd never know it!  All the rain has brought down more leaves and sticks.  Guess it's going to be a daily thing for awhile...  Better than mowing though!   lol

cal... Thanks for the update on the game!  Yay for the Chiefs!!  And, Sammy, too!  Watch for Renfrew on the Raiders...  Both are ex Clemson players.
