hi lupe! oh lol lol that tank! he sure is having fun being a bully. poor duke. eating a treat somewhere else cause of that suffering cat! oh lol. maybe tank would like the company of miss brownie and miss penny! oh shoot lets throw boo boo in the mix too! it is hot and humid here now. at feeding time here everyone so excited barking i get all the pans lined up on the kitchen counter penny and brownie go first i feed them in my room they know too run to my door then i sit down calihoula pan sit down griz sit down augie then boo boo. calihoula always leaves some in her pan and goes real slowwwwww. hoping old griz will stick his nose in her pan so she can let him have it and he does i started picking up her pan. fixed that. duke such a darlin i bet you miss him when he goes home. sure he misses you. yes roger and novak to watch today. halep too i think. lupe my dogs always so happy to see me go to the barn come in puppies oh boy oh boy mom is home!

hi eaglette! oh i know family is priceless! love love your bless saturday! i know someone who got the toe shots she said over like that cant be any worse than those shots in the roof of your mouth, wow those hurt. boobie got that shot in the bottom of her foot for that planters wart and she screamed out i wanted to punch out her doctor.  i hope this tendon cut deal works. i went to walmart this morning and price choppers my toes killing me. at walmart went all thru that huge store super center pet dept on the other side and i ordered griz eye medicine. it is on the four dollar list. got cat fud cat litter dog food dog treats hamster fud rabbit food for my outside rabbit i call him bun bun. oh i got jims ice cream those drumstick nutty buddies get to pharmacy give him griz name birthdate he says it is 19.99 what wait four dollar list well made some changes now it is that. he said wait a minute i will check it on rxgood drug or something came back now 9.99 okay thanks it will be in system so griz got some kind of insurance. i asked him if he has the flu shot yes i want it so he said go pay for groceries come back and it will be ready pay for it then. so i went to check out rita and rang all my stuff up put it in the cart a motorcycle man behind me and i said oh put twenty on my gas card she said ok hope i remember how and she did not. it took my twenty off i already had on my card! so tried to void the whole sale had to call someone motorcycle man left. i got ice cream milk cheese food you know so finally someone came had to take all my stuff out of the cart and redo it. at the end she said you want twenty on your card no no get gas some where else! manager checked my card and my twenty was back on it. i went back to pharm and they gave me a receipt paid for flu shot insurance pays for it. they have a nice room now for that. she did good. she saw my horse tee shirt it shows riding a horse says what is your super power mine is riding she ask me if i had a horse oh yes i ride pearl sometimes. i got my stuff loaded and came home. hope all is well with you. i am sitting down quiet time threw on some hair dye jim went to the lake. griz dreaming in his sleep really crying out better wake the boy up.

Special Sunday thoughts for everyone.

I was up late watching the Marlins beat the Nationals 7-5 in extra innings.  They have a 1:35 game today so no up late for me.

Good morning everyone- thanks jp for the teddies with the latte and those cubs watching that chipmunk- hope he is fast and that note how cute!

cal- I slept in too but no reason- so late start to my day. it's really hazy here- high smoke from the wildfires out west. According to the weather report we're in line for rain tomorrow- maybe lots but i'll believe when I see it. The weatherwise question yesterday on the news was about typical rainfall and they said that August is typically the second rainiest month of the year for Iowa behind June. I dine that hard to believe- usually August and Sept. are dry. Hmmm. Champioship matches today Simona Halep versus Kiki Bertens- i will cheer for Simona. Really like her. Then Roger against Novak- really hard choice- hope it is a good match. Have always liked Roger- have  seen him interviewed multiple times and he is a nice guy- has a foundation to teach children in underserved places. And of course Novak who is Serbian- my Dad was Serbian so i'm partial to him. Matches start at 1PM central time.


Going out to plant my 2 mums- maybe do some weeding in the barn garden before it gets hot. Checked my butterfly weed and there were at least 4 monarch caterpillars on there. I haven't messed with plants in that area to save habitat for the crysallises. Am seeing lots of kinds of butterflies now.

hi lupe i got my 4 am chores awhile ago takes me four hours still have sweeping to do but my toe hurts so bad in my room boots off. reading my book. girls sleeping. got my local news on big storm in ok heading this way she said big chance of hitting here. some will get 1 to 2 inches of rain. i wanted to take out lots of hay in pearls area opening closing the door so will try to do that before this afternoon when rain will hit. maybe it will go north get you. when i dumped pearls poop saw some butterflies been seeing more. saw a cricket yesterday. end of sept and oct rainy here. hate the mud with these girls but need that rain. said on our news usually selling 60 head of cattle a week and i hate that term now selling 500 a week no pasture. makes me sick.  need to change this channel to my cartoon network. weather lady saying 100 percent getting rain now noon will be very muddy i better get my boots back on and head to the barn. i am rooting for halep and i too like roger and novak so may the best man win. now if rafa was there...

hi you guys! i went to work in the barn little after 10 this morning. i had tons of hay against pearl door. she decided she wanted to out really pearl been long time i opened the door and she plowed thru tripping on all that hay. you look like me pearl. i went out shut the door almost all the way keep cool air in and my four birds. i was sitting down cause easier on my feet. pulling it out throwing it to one side pearl started her bronco show in the coral almost nailed me so i got up went back in and sat down threw hay out the door. i had puppies outside they were barking at pearl what is that thing and pearl getting all worked up over them. she never left the corral. she was snorting and talking. she wanted back in so i got a huge amt out the door let her back in and i went back out. started picking it up and carrying it to the fence throwing it over the fence. some was pee hay really heavy. then puppies crying trying to climb the fence i was telling them no. so i had to come in get them in go back out finished that pile. looks better now. did my barn stuff and got back in no rain here yet. i fed the dogs cats caddyshack was on i watched it such a funny movie. bill murray lol. i got tennis on now halop winning i see royals winning too i better change my channel then i can flip back and forth. jps marlins winning too. duke are you watching halop?

Hi Jewelies! We had a storm yesterday afternoon that dropped over an inch of rain. Had some minor street flooding. Dropped the temps down, too. Today it's partly cloudy and only 79⁰! Nice!

Nora, thanks for the bears pool party. I watched to the end and hoped all were well. Hoping mom bear didn't pull the pump into the water! Friday our city pool had a dog pool party. They do this every year at the end of the season right before the pool is drained. My sister took her dog Madison...

Cal, thanks for your video! Did I see a snowman stuffed animal on the floor? Funny thing, yesterday Boo was carrying around his stuffed snowman! I think he is saying he is ready for cooler weather! He had to dig down to the bottom of the toy box to get the snowman!

Lupe, our temps this week are identical to yours. Sounds like a nice week coming. There was a shorthair on Dr Jeff last night. He was bigger than Molly and had lots more ticking. The Alaskan wolves were beautiful. Love that man!

hi rues! that is the coolest thing your city pool does! no pool around here does that very nice! i would take calihoula and the puppies! take the girls! love your pics of madison she is liking that pool! looks like other dogs do too. not real deep well would be for duke! he would need a life jacket or a raft.  yes you saw the snowman! his scarf is now trash but he is still good. raining lightly here now. i go out with the girls they go potty i get them back in. dont want two mud balls against kitchen walls all the work i did on the walls. try to do more got till labor day to get it done. i am with boo cooler weather be nice!

hi jp royals were ahead 6-0 in the second in the fourth white soxs tied it then went ahead its 7-6 i saw bottom of the screen marlins won big 12-1! 

hi lupe saw halop having troubles and saw she lost. now i got novak and roger on.
