Article I read yesterday about how they breed peregrine falcons.  I'd heard about this technique but never seen it (watch video).

ginger - I had never seen it, either, but there is a picture somewhere (Tribute video?) of Bob wearing the hat.  ;)

T40 -- John Dingle told a story at Bob's celebration of life about Bob having John wear the hat.  He told John what to do but I don't think he filled him in on exactly what would happen.  Bob then grabbed the hat and rushed off to inseminate the female.  It was a pretty funny story.

What is considered normal for agricultural practices and harvest? I had no idea migratory bird hunting was regulated like this.
