Majestic view: Bald eagle watchers flock to dam

Three bald eagles are seen in a nest at Lock and Dam 13 in Fulton Saturday morning. Spotting of the wildlife was rare Saturday for the annual Bald Eagle Watch as warm temperatures have kept the birds from settling in the area like usual.
