An osprey built a nest in the lights at Carlyle's football field. It had to be moved.

https://www.bnd.com/sports/high-school/article217887900.html

At left, Jacques Nuzzo, program director with the Illinois Raptor Center in Decatur, and an Ameren Illinois employee place the osprey nest on top of its new home at Carlyle High School. Nuzzo, Ameren and the Carlyle School district worked together to move the nest from a light pole to its new location. A nesting pair of osprey took up residence last spring and had two babies this year. Officials hope the nesting pair will return to this new location next spring. Derik Holtmann [email protected]
