T40, I was VERY excited to read this entire article!  I am so proud of the very tiny rural town of Walnut Cove, NC, which is not far from my old stomping grounds.  They are "doing the right thing in the right way."  I love that they are also bringing the schoolchildren into ther efforts to educate the businesses owners and citizens about the vultures.  I'm so glad they are seeing success from their efforts after contacting knowledgeable people and following their recommendations. 

Way to go, Walnut Cove!!!  Sooooo many other towns could do better by following Walnut Cove's lead!
