My new hobby is: I have become a remote wildlife watcher.

Quote: "You can watch this pair of white-bellied sea-eagles raising chicks at the Newington Armory in Sydney Olympic Park on Sea-EagleCAM. You see them strutting around, feeding the babies, and it kind of makes you feel as though you're not locked inside. Somehow being contained indoors and restricted to your internet connection, it seems like your interaction with the world is so sped up and hyperactive. You're jumping around online, checking this, emailing that person. It all feels so dementedly accelerated and I'm getting a lot of comfort out of watching slow things. At least I know there's an eagle that's done nothing all day but get fish and eat them. It's nice to see somebody living a well-proportioned life."

Sunday August 30 I photographed a STELLER?S SEA EAGLE at mile post 43 of the Denali highway (just west of MacLaren River). It circled overhead going from north to south across the highway. When first spotted it was north west of the highway sitting on a spruce tree not far from a caribou carcass.
