Fairlee cam still down
2 eggs reported
June 2, 2025

We had an unfortunate break in our network cable that has required us to shutdown the live stream.  I am not sure how the break happened but it is too close to the loons to try and repair, especially with two eggs on the nest.  We established our loon cam to enjoy observing nature with as little impact as possible through that observation.  The loons have done perfectly well without us to this point and they are doing just fine!!  I am disappointed, as I know you all are, that we are no longer able to observe them this season.  I hope to get the camera repaired and operating for summer viewing after the chicks have left the nest so stay tuned.   Rest assured, our plan is for a more resilient solution that will hopefully be resistant to wandering boats and misguided beavers ;-)   I thank you for all of your timestamps this year and will post some clips in the near future.
