Hello Beakers and 'Good Morning !"

Today 77F and   Tonight  50F Today

CLynn- I read that statement last night from RRP about Decorah nest failing. It's so very sad. In a way, it felt appropriate to have bald eagles featured in my morning post today.

KB- maybe a 'Jeep Enthusiast Organization'  or the like.

Tsk- To get back t o your question from yesterday PM.  I do : Crab Walk, butt clenches, clam shells,  clam shells at the ankles and then at knees; alternating staggered stance getting up/down from chair (hands folded as if in prayer);bridge  and another  most all  with a  graduated resistance  bands. Yes the 'standoff' was an awesome photo catch. I'm always ready to take a good snapshot. I always take two of each pose or capture.  ;)

Lisa- very psychodelic  orange and purple yesterday AM; still in love with the new floor?  Jim's been home past 3 days with 'something'. Doc said it wasn't Flu or CoVid or even a head cold.  Figured allergies.  ::)  Think he's going back in tomorrow.  I tired from it.  LOL I mostly wait hand and foot on him when he's ill like this.

Lani-awwww dog silhouetted against sunset.

Karen-hopefully your dental appt will turn out well today. Thinking of you.

Thanks Tsk...Remembering the passing of two loved Beakers...Neva on the 27th  and Lindawyo on the 29th "" We were blessed to have them come our way."    RIP ladies.

Prayers for:  Victims of natural  and Man-made disasters plus those who rescue them. The Fallen / Our Allies in Defense of our country.   Police and First Responders.   'Little Gray' and 'Little One' and  all abandoned, abused , lost cats , stray, unloved, homeless  and feral cats.
The Bluebirds of Cane Ridge, Tennessee,  Sauces bald eagle cam nest, Hummingbirds, Bumble Bees  and Honey bees everywhere . As always, Beakers, Cheers and RRP / families.

CLYNN  That would be funny with the kids and the rotary phone.  Should ask them first what they think it is and how it would work  LOLOL   Such sad news at DNN.  I sure wish there was a way to find out what happened.  :-\     Yikes  Mother Earth certainly has a lot to say in coming days.   :o

Just a reminder:  Let's remember the passing of Neva on the 27th  and Lindawyo on the 29th  We were blessed to have them come our way.  RIP

Morning bakers/beakers!     Lisa, that purple and orange is Stunning
, I didn’t notice it yesterday for some reason that saw it this morning in Lanis post from last night!  I do not know how I could have missed it
Waiting to hear what is happening with the egg in Decorah north but I am thinking Amy needs to get the bucket truck ordered
I don’t think Debi needs my advice and paint color But it’s cold as long as Minnesota winters can be I would prefer a warmer shade on the walls but since I don’t live there, it doesn’t make much difference as usual old guy good advice
Dentist appointment this afternoon to get the partial adjusted and I am still waiting for the cleaning appointment to be rescheduled. Something evidently happened to the dental assistant I have been saying and so I wait I don’t think it’s a big issue though.
Hopefully, all with aches and pains are feeling much better today and getting on with PT. BBL
Reading further in Clynns Post I see  RRP Has announced a failure at the north nest. So sad to read the parents did a good job trying to nurture that would be chicks as I said earlier get the bucket truck out Amy.

Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, wow on the Royalcam chick at Signal Station Trig! She certainly is a big girl! Hard to call her a chick! Love seeing pictures with her and the 'hoomans', you can tell how really big those birds are!  Are you getting ready for Aly to come home for a while? Oh no, not another nest stealer at N1. I remember all of that turmoil that year at Eaglecrest!

Phyl, great picture of Dad MockingBird and Dad Bluebird having a Spring conversation!

tsk, Ed has a rotary phone down in the Mole Hole somewhere, I need to pull it out and show it to the Munchkins, and show them how it worked. So many things!

Lisa, love the purple and orange good morning picture yesterday, very vibrant! I was just checking DNN, RRP has made a statement. The Decorah North Nest has failed https://www.raptorresource.org/2025/03/26/the-decorah-north-nest-has-failed/  So sad...

BREAKING: Kilauea appears ready to erupt at any moment on the Big Island of Hawaii; we see lava splashing out of it's primary vent inside its caldera crater. You can watch the webcam live here:  https://www.youtube.com/usgs/live

We are also closely monitoring Mount Spurr which could also erupt very soon near Anchorage, Alaska.
Also being monitored is the Axial Seamount off the coast of Washington which may also erupt in the coming weeks.
USGS had previously warned that the volcano in Hawaii could erupt in hours/days, the volcano in Alaska would erupt in days/weeks, and the Washington volcano could erupt in weeks/months:  https://weatherboy.com/usgs-warns-three-u-s-volcanoes.../
