hi you guys its 50 here 21 in longyearbyen
hi joho i really liked reading about iceland started with the icelantic horses ponies and all the different ways of life there and then i saw longyearbyen lots of history and stuff there i like the cold weather climate colorful houses long ago i had read about a global seed vault and reading on longyear i said there it is i remember that! if you go there to visit you should not ever venture in that without a guide showed a guide with a rifle on his back i was upset lots of polar bears there with their kids but it is a rifle to tranquilize them they said this land belongs to them they do not harm them and people visiting will not harm them.

Phyl, the Kitty in my am post was featured on line by the HumaneCNY of the inmates that were adopted this week! Struck my eye as he/she has the look of someone who stuck their paw into the electrical outlet with all that hair sticking out, full body hair and sleek legs. In addition very uniquely colored eyes! Very happy it has found a forever home!
Good night! No strep here but an out of sorts blood pressure! |

Lisa - I feel your pain!...I have 3 trees that aren't mine that always drop in my yard. Has to do with the way the wind typically blows when they are dropping. I have 3 of my own trees in addition.
My norway maple has dropped all but a 1/10th?....I compared pics to last year. This year in Minnesota was atypically late dropping for Maples. |

kb - Great pic of you and baby Chris.
tsk - Thank you. Your description of the local nursery sounds like one we have here called Homestead Gardens. They go all out for Christmas. Lani - Love your morning kitty. Thank you. I had a feeling it would be high with the shot, but not that high. karen - Love the Nat Geo photo award pic, and your kitty in the pic has the most gorgeous eyes. tig - Hope you didn't have too many leaves to rake. We are waiting for the leaves on tree across the street to fall before we start to rake. His always blows over to our yard, after we have raked up about 20 bags of leaves. |

The Norths spent the night in the Love Branches, visited the nest briefly before sunrise. The cattle grazed the area under the nest while MrN was arrranging sticks. Thanks to cam ops for the view of the nest tree from the ground about 9:30. I missed the instant of MrN flying away, but you can watch on the rewind.
