ss, Honestly I couldn't tell, it happened so fast I saw big wings & it was gone. Mom & dad started yelling but didn't leave the nest area.
This was the route it took.

I don't know if it's the same juvie but one has been seen around the nest several times.  I didn't even notice the am MpMom  ;)

Happy New Year MpMom, very chilly here today.  I purchased a calendar for 2022 with pictures of the DNR nest eagles last year.  Fun to look at.
