The Norths are working hard on their nest. Love the leafy branches that they gather from behind the nest tree.
About 10:30 AM, DNF brought a big fish to the nest, mid-morning snack. (no pic)

STL -- That was actually TWO fish that DNF brought to the nest.  It was kind of hard to tell, but it was definitely two and, of course, she ate both of them.

Thanks for the more accurate info about DNF's fish.  It's hard to keep up sometimes!

Today it's mostly activities and pics of MrN, including frozen leftover something for lunch on Love Branch.

When I snapped this, I thought that was DNF on the extreme lefthand side of image.
 But, later realized it was a knarled branch not a BE with her back turned.    :(

Phyl, sometimes I watch a shape for minutes to see if it moves and turns out to be an eagle, or not!

Cam ops found some wild turkeys settling down for the night close to the nest, on the ground walking and up in the Love Branches finding a place to roost.  Light fading, light rain.  Can you see them?
