Meet Beau, one of our interns from U.W. Platteville! He’s majoring in environmental science and conservation while he gets a lesson in hands-on conservation biology from the Raptor Resource Project.

So far, Beau says he’s received the opportunity of a lifetime: “Being able to be handle these raptors and get a sense of their beauty leaves me speechless. This internship has been a huge help in gaining knowledge on how to identify these birds. By the end I would love to be able to easily identify raptors and share my learned knowledge with others!”
