This is a place to post the pictures of our babies now living at the Rainbow Bridge.
Please post your pictures and write a little about them- Terri Pike has created a beautifully animated "Flash" version of the Rainbow Bridge story

This is a picture of my beautiful Bosley. We were enjoying a lovely summer day on Lake Minnetonka. This was his first boat ride.
I love you sweet boy, you were the light of my life and you will be forever missed more than you know. All of my love to you pumpkin.
Momma.

carewolf---What a magnificent web site and in my mind as I watched I added all of the dogs of my lifetime that have crossed over the "Rainbow Bridge". There have been many and I recall them all as though I threw that ball just yesterday for each of them.

This is Raven. She passed away 3-1/2 years ago. The picture was taking the last couple of weeks of her life as she was taking her daily nap in her usual spot while I cooked dinner. She will never be forgoten she was a sweet lil gal!!

Meet Ninatchka of Frosty Winds (Sire: Frosty Aires Trailblazer, Dam: Dust in the Winds) known to me as Nika. Although AKC registered, Nika was scheduled to be euthanized right after birth because she had the wrong color eyes. I bought her while her siblings were flown all over the US to new owners. She grew rapidly, was quite a handful, dug holes all over the yard, and frequently escaped under the cyclone fence. I had a dog sled hand-made for her, bought all the gear, and she quickly caught onto the "mush" and "gee" commands. Siberians have two full coats of fur and shed twice a year; but she loved summers in MI and winters romping in the snow. Nika suffered severe injuries from a hit-and-run driver and was then put to sleep; to rest at Rainbow bridge waiting my return.

Hi, my name is Peaches. I was raised in a home but was set loose on the streets at about 8 years of age, never could figure out what I did wrong. But luckily was picked up and brought to Orphans of the Storm with part of my tail missing, part of my ear missing, and an infected eye that wept all the time. After about a week at a vet's I was given to Alice where I lived for about 6 years, sleeping where ever I wanted. I developed severe diabetes and needed shots twice a day, but they really didn't hurt in her loving arms. Finally one day I went into a diabetic coma and never woke up.

As the holidays approach we think of everyone who is here and those who are not. We think of the empty chairs at the table and the empty spaces on the floor. There is a party going on at the Rainbow Bridge. All will be in attendance at the party that begins tonight at sundown and continues through New Year's Eve. So remember them with a smile-that's how they want us to be.
