Hi all,

This is a thank you to all at EagleCAM (Judy, Geoff, Jono, Shirley, et. all!), the "Blue Crew" MOD SQUAD, and all of the wonderful chatters/friends I have met and made this year. I just wanted to end the year with a look back at our special S2, and hope for a happy and healthy 2012 for all of us and our Sea Eagle family in that special gum tree! Special thanks to Shirley for help and guidance   Wink

Thanks and Happy New Year to all!  Smiley

Thank you, once again, pharmer and mizpharmer, for an outstanding production, capturing our hearts all over again.  What a wonderful 5 months I've had learning about these beautiful Sea Eagles, and just as importantly, the friends I've "met" around the world.

Pharmerdave,  You have once again given us such a gift.  This is a masterpiece.  We can't thank you enough for all that you have done.  I feel utterly privileged to know you and to be able to share your amazing art and talent.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.  This is one more video and works of love that I will treasure for a very long time.

Bravo  Bravo - thanks to the 'Pharmers' was a lovely video.

And a great tribute to the year.  We have seen so many amazing things on this nest.  And it has all been an amazing journey (with the exception of losing S1) for us all.

But one of the best things was meeting so many new Eagle Lovers here on RRP - for those of us who did not do FB, this was our only link and connection outside of chat.  And I want to thank everyone here for providing this space.  It is a treasure.  AliceWitt and MPmom, especially, for their insightful posts and keeping us all involved and informed.  Blessed be.

May we all fly higher in 2012 - May we all learn to be better people.  Better mentors.  Better teachers.  Better neighbors.  May we all look beyond our feathers - to see the true Eagle hearts in us all.

Dear Friends,

Due to the limited activity on the nest at this time, we have decided to close the chat room for the remainder of the season.  The chat room will be open until 7 PM AEST on Saturday, 14 January 2012 (3 AM EST on Friday, January 13th in North America).  During this closure, our equipment at the nest will be upgraded (details to come soon), and we will offer you video highlights from the 2011 nesting season.  We will resume the live video feed sometime in late May/early June as we anticipate the arrival of mum, dad and new eggs!

In the meantime, we encourage all of our supporters and chat room guests to please register for the forums at http://sea-eaglecam.org/forums where you can have up-to-date information about the WBSE and this nest, as well as talk with our chatters from all over the world 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

We would also like to invite you to participate in our monthly 12-hour chat that will take place the first Saturday of every month from 7 AM to 7 PM AEST (the first Friday of every month from 3 PM to 3 AM EST).  We hope to offer special guests, updates from Geoff and the EagleCAM team, and more!  You never know who will drop by, but this will be a great way for us to keep you informed of happenings with the EagleCAM team and our friends at Birds Australia.

Thank you for your continued support of EagleCAM and our White-bellied Sea Eagle family.  We look forward to serving you again in the next few months with the return of our Sea Eagle family and new eggs!

Sincerely,
The EagleCAM Team "Blue Crew"

priscillash, thank you.
What beautiful birds! Keeping the nest clean for Mom & Dad. Do all of the different birds come into the nest every year after m/d are done?
Can't wait for the new season!

Pharmerdave... As a poet conveys emotion with wordcraft, you do so with images... so deeply moving. Thanks again and again! (gencerf on chat!)
