Well done with that property line capture from the Beacon site, elfruler. (That site is a favorite browse for this local boy ... "hmm I wonder who owns" ... and the merge with GoogleEarth imagery is a recent plus.)
Please let me suggest one slight correction. If you look carefully at the mowing line just to the left of Bob's garage beneath the tree, you can see the property line might be slightly west of where the county drew it on the map. The shrubbery plantings indicate this, too. I think that's where the actual line is, because I think the tree, like Bob's garage, is owned by the east house.
In any event, thanks are merited for both property owners. The west house actually is impacted a bit more because their road edge has the better viewing angles. Both have been quite supportive I think, and in return every visitor we've ever seen has respected private property.

Thank you Cynthia, for making the layout easier to understand.
I enlarged the picture to see the creek better ... where is "the ark"?

Took me awhile to hunt this up, close up of the "ark' located beneath nest area.
It is actually an old concrete railroad bridge support.
Thanks to bbsak2 and contributors, we all went nutty-buddies trying to figure out
what it was. Far more visible when there was snow on the ground!
Hope the shrinky-dinked link works!
