Thank you MpMom and Finn, that's good information to have on hand.  I've copied to my "favorites" and will print a copy of each to keep in my car.  We never know when we could come across an injured bird.

I, too , am going to  keep this info in my car and on my desk.  It's the type of info that we read and then when the info is needed, I can't remember exactly what to do, who to call, etc.  Thanks for starting this thread.
